create "resource-centric" view #8

For a given resource, list all the tests performed and the scores, from newest to oldest. make infographic to visualise the scores across time add button to "test now"

The rest is "just" building a page UI in React that is easy to navigate. Definitely a really nice to have feature, but currently I don't have much inspiration for how to present this UI

If people have a precise idea feel free to share to start the discussion about how to build this UI
