Snackbar to change SPARQL endpoint if provided in URL #22

If the user access the describe with an endpoint provided then we should show a snackbar asking him if he wants to update it.

e.g. http://192.168.1.70:19006/describe?uri=http://rdf.disgenet.org/v5.0.0/void/disgenetv5.0nanopub&endpoint=http://rdf.disgenet.org/sparql/
