Improve tabs display

At the moment we use: https://github.com/reactjs/react-tabs Should we improve its CSS?

Or switch for material-ui tabs?

Material-UI tabs configuration is quite heavy, especially when you want to hide tabs and their content

Badge has been added, now we need to edit the CSS to integrate it better into our design
