As suggested by andrldm in #9, I grouped the ThunarxMenuItems into a submenu using ThunarxMenu. My fork is based on twa022's port to thunarx-3. (#10)

Thanks guys! For Fedora 29 after install the plugin needs to be linked/moved into lib64: ln -s /usr/lib/thunarx-3/thunar-dropbox.so /usr/lib64/thunarx-3/thunar-dropbox.so
