To discuss: if file_describes_biosample has entry for only some biosamples, there might be files at the project level which will be missed in current view #291
Currently if there is info from file_describes_biosample (in table file_bios_table) then we don't list from file_sub_table or file_table; if num-row file_sub_table > 0 then don't list from file_table.
We may want to revisit this logic. If we change this logic, i.e., decide to display file_table and file_sub_table even through there is info in file_bios_table then the limits may have an impact on load time.
