Bulk RNA-seq Appyter failing #753

This is an issue with the input data rather than the appyter.

The cell line comes from the input form, there is an option asking about the Class Column Name & Control Name

However the metadata file that was uploaded does not contain any column cell line, hence the failure.

Looking at your metadata file the class column name should be Group and the meta control name should be Normal_Ctrl

Another change that had to be made was the index column. Sample should have been the first column in the metadata file (corresponding to the columns of the data file)

With these things corrected, here is the successful output.
