Gene Card card disappears #57

There is a clear page for ACE2 for GeneCards https://www.genecards.org/cgi-bin/carddisp.pl?gene=ACE2

GeneCards seems to implement anti-programmatic access mechanisms including captchas. Thus our isitup service returns a 403 forbidden. We can potentially disable checking for GeneCards

Not sure why, but this doesn't seem to be a problem with the current code base
