Updated version for HDSigDB #70

Hello, CHDI has an updated version of HDSigDB (2023), which has almost 2x number of gene sets. What is the best mechanism to share files with you to update the current version (2021)? I also have a question on the file format. Our gmt file has 1st column _ gene set name and 2nd column url. Can we leave url or do you want us to remove and keep the 2nd column blank?

Hi @next-viktoria that's great! Please send us the updated GMT whenever it is ready. If we need to remove the 2nd column, we'll do it, but you can send it to us as it is. Many thanks, Avi

@AviMaayan do you have timeline when the HDSigDB libraries will be updated. I need to communicate them to CHDI.
