The scatter plots for each drug in SigCom LINCS are hard to decipher. Instead of creating those scatter plot (for the single drugs), the same data can be visualized as ROC curves for each drug to decide whether the drug is "significant". It can also be a bridge plot... Basically it is will mark the ranks of the drug across all signatures to see if it significantly at the top across multiple signatures or randomly distributed.
