Make tEpoch relevant for both task and rest #144

Need to modify json config file and relevant fcp locations so that trial definition parameters common to both (i.e., tEpoch) are the same for both... I just realized that's like relative to a t0 marker lol. Hmm. We'll see how it goes for Minarose.
