Song Progress Player #16

Have a standard player bar that shows the current timestamp of the song and allows the user to drag/click to different times in the song.

This could include the next, previous, and pause buttons too.

Added. Is visible as read-only. Needs to have an event handler to change video time.

Working now. Could use better styling/layout.
