Icons change to blank folder on Ventura #21

Describe the bug Icons previously changed change to blank folder

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: After changing an icon, wait a little while (or a day), and when you click on it in the Dock, it changes to a blank folder.

Expected behavior Keep the same changed icon.

This is happening to me also on MacBook Air, after setting them back nothing is changing. Slowly all of my dock is changing to blue folders.

Any idea how to revert to the default icons?. I cant belive the vendor still selling this Ap, and is broken!!! Nice morals!
