list index out of range

I've used namebench in the past and it worked just fine. Now, the program is 
having some issues. It says that out of a lot of servers only 1 server was able 
to pass the health check. The program said that it was odd that only 3.8% 
servers passed. Also, when it is trying to create the log it says this error:

list index out of range

File "libnamebench\base_ui.pyc" , line 154 in RunAndOpenReports
File "libnamebench\base_ui.pyc" , line 200 in CreateReports
File "libnamebench\reporter.pyc", line 196 in CreateReport
File "libnamebench\reporter.pyc", line 357, in _GenerateNameServerSummary.

If I run it again then the program crashes as some framework is doing something 
it cannot do.

I tested this on FiOS and it worked perfectly, now it won't work on the same 
provider. I tried redownloading the program.

I got the same answer is anyone trying to fix it. It works so well before it 
broke?
