windows 10 service IDs not listed #6

When running the program on windows 10, it seems to search and connect to the toios automatically. However after connecting, it doesn't list their service UUIDs the same way it does on Mac, and when trying to send the command signals (P, M, etc) there is no response except for P which sometimes throws an error.

I've updated to latest btleplug - but I don't have a windows machine at hand. Maybe this works now.
