Resolution readout can sometimes print out all possible resolutions #54

In some cases, the resolution readout might return a list of possible resolutions rather than the current one. I can't seem to reproduce it, but here's an image of what this looks like:

Resolution is fetched in one of two ways:

through X11
through /sys/class/drm/device/modes
