Multiple File Submissions #5

Add support for multiple file submissions (and consequently multiple output reports) instead of just one at a time. Everything should still be analyzed as separate projects and easily transportable.

Ways to test this feature:

Trying to send a folder full of files through SCATT at once instead of evaluating them manually one at a time and seeing if it works (creates an output file for each submission).
