Pull YAML Architecture Modeling into its own dedicated repo #15

The YAML Architecture Modeling content (stored under docs and scripts in the DOF repo) needs to become its own project. So, we need to pull that content out of DOF repo into its own repo.

Come up with a catchy name for this language/tools.
