Extend Function data structure to include ActivitySteps #28

as per step 3 in #23. ActivityStep extension as per #27

I'm thinking this would need to involve the parameters specified in a Function somehow. Perhaps the activityStep is the operation (or operator, in math-speak) between two or more input parameters, in the context of a Function?
