Merge upstream? #81

So subsonic 4.7 is out, license code haven't changed much: http://sourceforge.net/p/subsonic/code/3265/tree/trunk/subsonic-main/src/main/java/net/sourceforge/subsonic/service/SettingsService.java#l1225

I would like to help with this. Any information on what needs to be done to make this happen?

AFAIK, Github doesn't provide the tools to do such kind of work in a collaborative fashion. That's why Derek set up the required infrastructure at his own premises and takes care of updating the upstream branch on Mach5/Supersonic personally.

To my knowledge, he's been working on a solution to distribute the effort among more people. Until then, we'll just have to wait a bit more to see Subsonic 4.7 getting merged in.

We should skip Subsonic 4.7 and move straight forward to 4.8 when merging.
