DME updating issue #36

To enable DME updating you have to re-enable TRIPLE MIX in cruise. You have to go to DSRTK/STS, insert 1, then insert 4 to enable DME updating.

Mode 4 is listed as aided inertial navigation mode, this mode allows either triple mixing or dme updating and must be enabled for DME update to function.
