Altitude alerter uses incorrect dataref for trigger #43

Altitude alerter appears to be using sim/flightmodel/position/elevation but should be using sim/cockpit2/gauges/indicators/altitude_ft_pilot or sim/cockpit2/gauges/indicators/altitude_ft_copilot depending on the wiring of the system. using sim/flightmodel/position/elevation reads true altitude not indicated causing the alerter to chime if true altitude and indicated altitude disagree
