400 Error when submitting the register page in Chrome #288

Submitting the register page works fine in Edge, IE, and Firefox.

In Chrome the first time you register you get a 400 error in the response status and the page loads to a blank white screen. Navigating back to the register page and entering your information again fixes this problem, but you can never register on the first try.

We fixed this temporarily by removing sendgrid.
