Basically, I put in some comments to give a clue for people to add their own auto routines.

@nodriscoll, here are some code changes that would be helpful for instructing students to add their own auto trajectory routines. You can synch your local git repo in vsc by clicking the little recycle looking icon next to the branch name at the bottom of the screen. Then you can click on the branch name and select GlennBranch to review test the changes.
