Improve the 3D model of the carriage and cutting tool #66

A good next step in the simulation would be to replace the carriage and cutting tool placeholder with a first iteration of a 3D model of the carriage and cutting tool.

It's up to you to decide what level of detail you want to go to, but keep in mind that time is of the essence right now, and a quick implementation is more important than a highly detailed one.

This is being addressed on the SIMULATION_UPDATE branch, it's not done yet ...
