[1.12.2]lighthing summoner doesn't work after reloggin #851

after I install the lighting summoner it worked property but after I login back it won't work anymore it spawns a lightning without sound which doesn't ignite thing on fire and doesn't cause damage, it spends some energy and then put it back This sounds like it might be a client-server sync issue. mod versions:1.12.2-0.2.0.6

Not able to reproduce this. Keep in mind that the lightning summoner requires a substantial amount of power in order to fire (just under 5 million RF).
