luxcapacitor placement on immersive engineering blocks #875

so have an issue between this mod and immersive engineering mod

This is the error it gave, one of the players on the server was placing the lights and threw one on an IE block.

Does this happen with the latest version of Modular Powersuits?

well when i update later i'll test this and see if it still does the same thing and let you know.
