Describe the bug
When a mob is killed by power fist's powered damage, they will play their hurt sound.
Expected behavior
Mobs play a death sound when they die
Additional context
This bug has existed for dog's ages, even in 1.7.10.
If the power fist deals said damage with its base damage, mob death sounds play correctly.
