Set up the GPT-4 API

We need to figure out how to set up the AP to generate 1000 or more short stories using GPT-4. @hermannwi and @Tm-ui can you please look at this?

• [x] Do we need to buy a licence? What and how? Tell Jill what needs to be done.
• [x] Can it be run on your own laptop or do we need a shared system or something else?
• [x] Install and start.
