Remove and disable the comment module #155

Comment was internally used by us for a while but we have now stopped using it and we should just get rid of it.

Removed field_comment from:

Removed comment type comment.comments.default

Module comment is still blocked by Fields pending deletion - Going to let is sit there until tomorrow. If still like this I'll manually flush it with: 

drush php:eval 'field_purge_batch(50000);

Fields are still pending. Removed pending fields by running drush php:eval 'field_purge_batch(50000);

Removed config

he listed configuration will be deleted.
