UI(explore): Create recyclerview to display spots #6

As a user, I want to infinitely scroll to find the potentially hundreds of spots to go on a hunt for.

In this case, we can decide if we want to do a horizontal scrolling recyclerview like in the figma mocks, or like on in hw2.
