Additional unit type annotation. #90

It would be useful for users new to Recast to have expected unit type notation 
added where possible (as done for the rcConfig structure).

Example:

The parameters walkableRadius, walkableClimb and walkableHeight in 
dtNavMeshCreateParams should receive comments stating they are world space 
distances.
