The ir-image and the vis-image have different field of views and coverage of the picture. See attached picture
This means the cropped image for position I3 has missing pixels on the top part for the ir image
After cropping the vis image and the ir image have different sizes as a consequence
In the future I want, that cropped images always have the same sizes in width and height. When pixels are missing, then those pixels should be padded with zero pixels, such that the sizes become the same
d184f22515e8b032fb1eecc853e4b7ac66e7f0b7 Padding should now work. Out of bounds pictures are now not clipped anymore, but padded with zeros instead. This leads to some regressions in the virtual image creation, as it does not expect zeros as temperatures
