Restart device, if no images were transferred after photo trip

1bb13bf9ee90b123398bad1480a7101e51b6685a a simple check, whether an image folder is empty after running a photo trip. If not the usual restart behaviour is issued. This means restart after 2 consecutive failures.

However this approach does only work, if the following check is not successful.

a96fdaa9f06d60af3e12ef42aead2be40cc03e92 Added an api to server all logs on a device. Furthermore the amount of retained log files is now 20. 1 Megabyte only amounts to 1-2h of logs, which is not enough. Furthermore 32 GB SD-Cards are pretty cheap, so space is of no concern.
720a380b67169ca12eac9dce64e1968c83bb973e Added more logging to indicate, which positions are logged when and when they are restored. Yesterday the device restored a wrong position during a dirty position after restart. This should help to investigate further incidents
1a6a9552bf8bc6d878508485c662bf90e1d1a956 Photo tour should be restarted, if two consecutive photo trips did not yield a correct amount of images and were not handled otherwise.

fae0419dff4b37286a021e67cd6a0cbfd254fe45 All device logs can now be downloaded on one click. It works for large payloads over 100 mb
