Send Vis image with least time delay relative to the best Ir image

• The leaves might move with wind or other things, when there is a delay of a couple of seconds between the vis image and the ir image
• This decreases the accuracy of vis/ir alignment

Current Behaviour

• The second to last vis image of a given position is sent to the gateway server
