Queue get operations block for the timeout and cannot be interrupted by signals.

The script only works once and does not reset the camera properly.
The camera module needs a power cycle for a complete restart - which might be necessary after long operation.
Power cycling is not possible on a raspberry pi zero, this means a power source which can be switched off and on remotely is needed for the raspberry pi zero
24d74782d98bb47b4142774c7976e7e88b441bc4 The shutter mechanism of the flir lepton is not fault tolerant. It needs a correct amount of pressure to withstand vibrations, but not to much and not in the wrong places, else the shutter mechanism breaks permanently.

fec2300f379b1af3f02155b3246c47879cea2c2d OnDestroy must not call async methods, if it depends on the DOM.
When the first await is encountered, onDestroy returns a Promise and the DOM is removed. Then DOM operations do not work anymore
