Feature: Picture manager Check

The Picture manager should have a Button, with which all files are check if they where deleted or new files are in linked folders.

a7986a536aa8171e3a2da220b38d66992fce3217 36-picture-manager-check: Canny expects only 1 channel so the picture has to be converted beforehand. Pipeline is still called 2 times per picture rendering
Added furthermore basic errror reporting, when the pipeline throws an error
