Made a powershell script to remove Tokens

This way if you only want to remove the Tokens and don't want to download the .exe or compile the code yourself, you can run this PowerShell script instead.

Hey. Didn't run it but the code looks alright. I don't mind adding ps script from the pull request but first I would like to know if you don't prefer to run your own separate repo for powershell-based version to remove tokens? I can link the alternative ps script from your repo in the readme in the "download" section if you prefer to do it that way.

Hi. Nah, it's okay if you add it, unless you want me to have it in a separate repo, but if it is all the same to you, than i think having it in yours is a better user experience, since by searching for they Token Removing needs, they have found your repo and people seldom read the whole README
