bidshandler missing from "complete install" #34

After 'complete' install I had to add bidshandler separately. But works after this is done.

Hmm, not exactly sure why that doesn't work. The requirement is there. I was going to release the most recent BIDSHandler code on PyPi which may fix the issue.
