synchronize_timestep, carry_uncertainty, and apply_detection_limit_t were removed from processing_kernels unless they were a versionless product or used munge_time_component (these function are executed in derives kernels).
krycklan ws_boundary shouldn't get a warning any more, union is done in the native crs.
Noticed the phenology kernels were not taking the basin mean correctly for very small watersheds, fixed that. (the dataset keeps failing to upload to google drive, I think it will work I just need to do something. But should be up there by Monday. It's still ok if it doesn't make it into this version.)
