@spencerrhea take a look at the changes in acquisition_master and some of the versionless retrieve kernels (e.g. walker and east_river). also chez changes to retrieve_versionless_product in global_helpers.R to see how these are handled, and how it handles products retrieved from gdrive. There's a lot of other stuff going on here, but I don't think anything else warrants particular attention.
If you get errors about arguments to terra functions, update terra. Same with sf. (updating R to 4.1 should cover everything)
