@spencerrhea don't mind all the edits related to documentation. But please do run your own test of my BDL changes to ms_read_raw_csv and ms_cast_and_reflag. I'm going to run through one careful test of the changes to identify_detection_limits_t, apply_det..., read_det..., write_det..., knit_det..., carry_uncertainty, etc tomorrow

Wow this is great! Nice work on all the documentation, super thorough. I will take a look at the BDL stuff and will start on implementing it across domains after we chat on Wednesday with the group.
