this would be a great PR for @huo24 to review, as you will likely want to go back to a DL management system which uses Mike's recent argument addition to ms_read_csv. I'm certain this can still be used correctly, so that this is all handled in ms_read_csv. I only switched back to manually setting DL values because I wanted to get accurate fluxes immediately, apologies.
