This issue is regarding to the implementation of the lifeline Double Dip. With this lifeline, the contestant can have two chances to give the right answer. And to add a menu to choose the lifelines that are active in the game.

Summary:

Implement new lifeline Double Dip
Add a menu for custom lifeline sets.
