Set up user stream to monitor mentions

We can get a live stream of tweets that mention @dr_clockwork. We can then tweet back an answer and post it on the home page.

I've created an application on dev.twitter.com and generated an access token. See https://dev.twitter.com/apps/5319119/show when signed in as @dr_clockwork
