Without more information about what you actually do, I am afraid we won't be able to help you. We need to be able to reproduce the problem.

**i want to generate an output hepmc.file for the following process with all heavy Higgs masses = 1000GeV and center of mass energy = 6TeV AND GENERATE 100000 EVENTS in the General two Higgs doublet model.

Please retry first with the latest version of the code. If the problem persists, can you then share 10-20 events, as well as MA5 script that you use so that we could try to understand better what is going on. Without that information, we won't be able to help.
