Hi @umar0341 jet substructure analysis and top tagging capabilities are available in v2-beta which can be downloaded from the release section. Documentation and usage details are available in doc folder. Note that this is a beta version so you need to be careful while using it.

i did not found doc file that tell me about t-taggig kindly mention link of top tagging or fatjet
Hi @umar0341 there is a folder called doc whenever you download MadAnalysis. Not everything is described as you like it to be we are not gonna write "here is what you should do for top tagging" in the documentation. Top tagging is part of general jet substructure methodology and you need to learn jet substructure to figure how to do top tagging by yourself.

Question
I'm using muon Anti-muon pair to produce Heavy Higgs pairs in General Two Higgs Doublet Model by considering higgs degenerate asses = 1000 GeV. Actually, in my case, Heavy Higgs decays into Top Anti-Top quarks pairs then further each top quark decays into charge vector bosons and bottom quarks. Furthermore, Vector bosons go to light jets pairs. I want to reconstruct the invariant mass of Higgs but as the top tagger is not available in Madanalysis5 so I want to reconstruct Higgs invariant mass by Fatjet tagging. Kindly tell me if top tagging is available in Madanaysis5 and how can I perform it, if it is not available then how can I use fatjet to reconstruct Higgs mass?
