Adds Cookie policy and cookie selector in all pages.
All integrated with templates to avoid code repetition (I'm proud of this, much effort needed :) )
For now cookie policy will only be available in english.
Pages need to be regenerated! A little test to ensure nothing is broken would be much appretiated.
