[Feature Request] Use dhewm3's stb_vorbis instead of libogg #130

dhewm3 uses stb_vorbis instead of libogg for handling the loading of ogg files, this is basically ogg in one header

I don't use libogg (at least not directly). The ogg audio file format is handled by FFMPEG
