SSAO artifact #61

When SSAO is enabled I can see several demarcations in brightness on screen, as seen in this screenshot:

They are fixed on screen and present regardless of what other settings (HDR, Soft Shadows,etc) are used.

Ubuntu 18.04, RX 590.
