Create a load file dialog - EditBox's for directory and filename List of files and directories in current path. Cancel - Loadfile buttons

At a state to do the load and save. buttons work and so does cursor through the files in current directory. this is a good point to do both now, having spent a lot of time on #26 to get the dialogs shown and updating etc and clearing once the dialog has finished.
